We’ve a nice smattering of new arrivals from Osei-Duro (bogalon bag in black leather), Nutsa Modebadze (two new clutches), Rachel Comey (new pair of clogs), and Slow and Steady Wins the Race (fox scarf), this week.
I’m so into almost every shade of tan/brown right now. I’m really, really loving the A’N'D Mohair T-Jumper too, which you can probably tell since I’ve styled it with all of our new arrivals! It’s the perfect tan that goes with everything, not to mention it’s crazy warm. I paired it with the Orly Genger Magnolia Necklace this weekend and they perfectly complimented each other. Very happy to announce that our A/W 2011 Lookbook is now live! And our model is none other than the super talented, up-and-coming artist Toyin Odutola who is currently finishing up her MFA at California College of the Arts.
We met back in the early 00s on Livejournal (snicker) and after a year or so of me badgering her, she was gracious enough to come visit us and be our model. We all had so much fun and she makes everything look amazing. Do check it out!

This week, Osei-Duro’s A/W 11 collection hits the Shop (the bogalon jacket is my absolute favourite), and Mary Meyer joins our designer line-up with super comfy edgy basics. Tons more coming in the following weeks too – I’ve been a photo editing and measurements taking machine!

Over the weekend we did a huge drop of all sorts of delicious new bags. A limited restocking of Osei-Duro bogalon bags (we sold out of the tan suede within a half hour of uploading it!) including a new cream leather version, an amazing double-take worthy bag by Rachel Comey, and an indispensable massive tote from ANNTIAN.
But we have to admit what we’re most excited about is that we now carry the beautiful handiwork of Nutsa Modebadze. Every bag she makes herself! There’s been a lot of buzz about her, but unless you live in Russia her pieces are hard to come by. So of course we’re super happy to finally be able to offer them to everyone in the States. The quality of workmanship is fantastic, and you’re buying a piece that will last you years
