Somehow I spaced posting when New York shop, Project No. 8, finally made products available online. So a belated hooray for that. They don’t have a massively huge selection but what they do have is quality
Various Projects knit angora rocks – $65
Left: Boudicca dress – $1445; Right: Christian Wijnants dress – $456
Natalia Brilli ponyhair clutch – $298

Button up – $528; Wedges – $345
Hooray, favourite shop Anica, is now stocking some pieces from RosenMunns’ latest collection along with MM6 Maison Martin Margiela (aka Diesel) too. Love this peachy beige coloured blouse, and it’s just long enough to wear as a dress paired with these mustard yellow wedges
We’ve been neglecting the male readers, so today’s feature focuses on Toronto shop Nomad, which stocks plenty of labels like Acne, Nom de Guerre, Opening Ceremony, APC, Common Projects and many others. The shop is set up on a blog, so you search for available products from a ‘Category’ dropdown and I believe you have to call or email them to purchase, but they do list the prices of several of their items. It would be very nice if they expanded their online offerings and set up an actual shopping cart because they appear to have quite a nice selection!
On left – sweatshirt: $502.45; sneakers: $248.34; scarf: $329.19
On right – bag: $233.90; boots: $115.50; tee: $86.63
I sure do love it when I randomly come across a site I’ve never heard of before and it’s packed with mind-blowingly good stuff. British shop Goodhood is just that sort of place. I’m probably particularly drawn to it because, as I’ve been prattling on about for awhile now, I’ve been desperately in search of colour and pattern. Their current inventory has plenty of just that. They’ve loads of labels I’ve never heard of and plenty of good old favourites like wood wood, Bernhard Willhelm, Peter Jensen, Von Sono, and Sabrina Dehoff. There was so much I wanted to post but it would have taken up the whole page! Be sure to check the site out
Another post about another shop from Sweden! Stockholm based Ashtray stocks menswear from both large and small brands, Scandinavian and international. This makes for a nice, tight selection that’s easy to browse. The best part though (and all the more reason to shop them) is that they offer free shipping worldwide and obviously knock off the EU tax for their international customers. (I’ve listed prices in U.S. dollars minus the 25% VAT)
