Phew! It has been like an avalanche of A/W arrivals lately! I’m starting to get that overwhelmed feeling again but I’m also really excited because, not only are some really great things arriving from our regular designers, but we’re bringing on a few new labels, too. This week we introduce IMAGO-A. This line is the work of Parson’s School of Design alumnus, Yegang Yoo, who has worked for everyone from Hussein Chalayan to Rachel Comey. Some of you may even remember a feature on her work on the blog back in 09. Her label has matured while still retaining that focus on unique silhouettes and prints. The leggings we’re now carrying feel so amazing on. I don’t usually do leggings, but these – YES. The coat (our first coat of the season on the shop!) is wonderfully versatile, something I really appreciate when it comes to purchasing closet staples. Who knew that a coat could look so different just based on where you button it? Anyway, very pleased to have Yegang’s beautiful clothing now available on the shop!
