A Détacher Fall 2010
As I’ve stated before I don’t generally post about Fashion Week because it’s covered ad nauseum everywhere else, but because I’ve been largely disappointed in what I’ve seen so far for fall in NY this year, I was pretty excited when I saw A Détacher‘s collection (♥ A Détacher-own a pair of booties that are some favourites) . It’s full of texture and warm neutral tones with some lapis blue thrown in. I’ve never been a huge fan of blue-I just don’t think about wearing it that much, but I have to say the jewel tone colour presented in this collection makes me want to wear it a ton more! What do you guys think-do you like blue?

I’m hoping London, Paris, and Milan are better, although last year’s S/S shows were pretty disappointing too. I think their are too many designers being influenced by what’s trendy in the blogging world and its making for very boring unoriginal stuff.
