Cut-and-Paste Wardrobe: Playful

I tried hard this week to come up with something that took me a bit out of my comfort zone, something playful and a little less me. While I probably wouldn’t have guts to wear this all together at the same time, I love the individual pieces and I’d certainly wear navy heels with navy tights! I do feel it’s quite similar in colour palette to my previous C&P posts so I’ve failed on that front. Unfortunately/Fortunately, once you’ve established your style it’s quite the challenge to push yourself beyond that. So this week was an attempt at stepping outside my usual -scout’s honor.

  1. I’m a sucker for Jil Sander shoes. In a world where I wouldn’t have to walk fifty kilometers around town everyday, and could just sit at an office desk, I’ll dexclusively would wear shoes like this.

    • Estelle,

I so agree. I love heels (particularly because I’m short) but they just do a number to one’s feet and back. Wedge and clog boots I think are good for giving one a little extra lift but without the pain that comes with heels. :)
