Yes it’s Fashion Week, and I generally don’t cover it here, but being a dedicated follower of Rachel Comey (I know most of you are too!) I died and went to heaven when I saw this dress and the shoes-my god, the shoes (as per usual)!
I have three pairs from her S/S 09 collection and two I believe from her debut collection? I can’t really remember because it was awhile ago that I purchased them. They’re just so original and comfortable and pretty. And although I’m not a huge wearer of print, I do love Comey’s prints and I would/will definitely wear this dress. I love the slouchy cut and the print reminds me a bit of summery, old-fashioned curtains

Yeah there were several other looks I really liked, but this I was just crazy about. I like how her clothing is so down-to-earth but special at the same time.
it was absolute magic! the textiles and the colours were so bright and fresh. it was sophisticated, womenly and whimsical all at once.
