Yep, another conceptual Berlin label today, but designers Anne Hilken and Christian Kurt create some beautiful pieces for their label, ANNTIAN. It isn’t all an exercise in intellectual pretension, however. The designers favour a drapey silhouette with a soft colour palette heavy on dip and tie dye treatments, which make the pieces immediately visually appealing and easy to wear.
I like how pottery, its creation and colours, served as the inspiration for the S/S 09 collection.
