iWood Sunglasses

April 27th, 2008

Let’s ignore the dated, jump-on-the-bandwagon name for a moment. (And the poorly designed website) iWood Ecodesign is in the perfect position to capture the attention of anyone who cares about sustainable design and eco-friendly lifestyles. Which, as of late, seems to be most everyone.

Their wood-framed sunglasses are surprisingly stylish and they offer a nice selection of shapes so you can find the style that looks best on your face.

Commuun

April 16th, 2008

Commuun is so frightfully spot-on with how I like and would like to dress, I felt as if this was a catalogue of my head. Everything is simple and subtly attention grabbing.

The F/W 08 collection makes me think of Rothko paintings and empty canvasses. I’ve also posted pieces from the S/S 07 and A/W 06-07 collections.

Eight more after the jump

Otte Nyc

April 3rd, 2008

I believe I’ve featured Brooklyn boutique, Otte before, but if so, it’s worth a second mention. There is plenty of 3.1 Phillip Lim for the fans, and avant standards comme des garcons, helmut lang, and Daryl K. Plenty to love this season on their site.
